Our Return Policy

At Winstead Crown, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your timepiece must be unworn, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging with all accompanying documentation and accessories.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us through our Help & Questions page with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your timepiece for a different model, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

Non-Returnable Items

Watches that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return. Special orders and personalized items are also final sale.
